Let’s create the strategy that gets you found and booked by your ideal clients.
You’re an established and profitable service-based provider, yet your website hardly gets any visits from your ideal clients. And the ones who do aren’t booking you. It ends up with you going over and over the reasons why getting new clients is so hard. After all, you have all of these years of experience and deliver high-quality work compared to your competitors.
That’s because SEO gets you found on search and conversion-rich copy gets you booked. They’re two halves of the same goal: getting you in front of your ideal clients and turning them into qualified inquiries. And most people will offer you the fix for one or the other. I do both.
Hi, I’m Diana, the website SEO consultant and copywriter for service-based businesses in the UK and USA.
With the SEO retainer service, the technical issues keeping your site from getting crawled and indexed on search engines get fixed, the SEO strategy gets you ranking (aka found), and the optimized (or rewritten) copy gets you booked.
That way, you don’t have to fall back on chasing unpredictable referrals, burning time or money on social media you don’t own, or sending cold outreach that goes nowhere (or gets ghosted).
Here’s how I help service providers get found and booked by their ideal clients.
For the ones who want expert direction before committing to a full service.
For the ones whose website copy isn’t positioning them as the go-to choice.
“Diana is a phenomenal writer who helped produce blog content for my digital marketing agency clients–on a variety of topics, the majority of which were for mental health clients. Our clients loved her work, and she consistently met our deadlines. Diana is friendly and easy to work with, communicates well, and if I ever need a writer in future positions, she’s at the top of my list.”
“For over a year now Diana has been one of the freelance writers at the company I work for. Her articles (travel-based) are always delivered before the deadline, her writing quality is consistent, and she goes above and beyond to research the topic to add to her first-hand experience. Working with her has been a breeze!”
“Diana worked with us on a freelance basis as an editor and a writer. She was tasked with reviewing old articles to update information, editing for errors, and optimizing for SEO. She was wonderful to work with – very independent but also always kept us in the loop. She really helped us with a project that we’d been putting off for a while and we’re so glad we found her. We would highly recommend Diana!”
“As the Content Lead here at Manwaring Web Solutions, Inc., we employed Diana to write an assortment of blog articles on ranging topics. She consistently followed our editorial guidelines, responded positively to constructive critique, and demonstrated quality writing ability in all her work. I would happily recommend Diana’s abilities in digital marketing and content writing for others.”
“I recently engaged Diana to review and SEO optimize content for my new website. She went above and beyond with scoping to really bring my voice to life whilst keeping SEO best practices. Delivering on time, the whole project was perfectly rolled out which increased accountability on my deliverables as well. It’s a partnership so her project management approach really helped! I found working with Diana to be easy, productive, and joyful. Highly recommend Diana as a SEO consultant and copywriter.”
“Just 20 minutes with Diana has helped me immensely! I walked away with actionable advice to spice up my website and am already seeing an uptick in submission forms. Work with Diana! Your business will thank you!”
As a website SEO consultant and copywriter, I have one key mission: help established service-based providers optimized their business website so they can continue to grow their organic inquiries.
I bring an MBA along with SEO and content marketing certifications and 4+ years of experience to every project. The SEO strategy behind your website is grounded in both business thinking and how search works.
Many service-based businesses have the experience and provide great outcomes to their clients. However, there comes a time when their business website doesn’t generate enough organic inquiries because of two separate gaps: the site isn’t optimized to appear in search results, and the copy doesn’t convince visitors that they found the solution.
When you hire an SEO consultant and copywriter, it means you don’t need to coordinate two separate providers. I can do both, so your ranking and inquiries go up and you won’t have to solely rely on referrals, social media, or cold outreach for new business.
I work with established service-based businesses whose work is visual by nature – where a portfolio or gallery of work is the main way to prove quality. If your business relies on showing your work to convince people to hire you, we’re a potential fit.
But, am I open to work with service providers or small businesses that don’t rely on visuals? Maybe! I’ll be able to provide you with a better answer once I learn about your business. Submit the contact form as a first step, and I’ll let you know.
The SEO retainer is month-to-month engagement that includes technical SEO fixes, keyword targeting based on search demand and intent, implementing the strategy, and optimizing the website copy.
SEO copywriting is a one-time project that involves a lot of research, including your market/industry, audience, SEO keywords and search intent before any writing gets done. Of course, you receive an SEO optimized website copy.
I will say this, though. Copywriting alone is appropriate if only the copy needs updating or a full write; the retainer is appropriate for businesses that want continuous website SEO and content improvements over time.
The retainer has a 4-month minimum term. This gives me enough time to fix technical SEO issues, and build out and implement the strategy. Most clients see initial results between months 3 and 6 (it’ll depend on your industry and competition).
After the minimum term, the contract continues month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. If you wish to end it, all you need to do is provide a 30-day notice. You’ll also have full visibility into the work through shared access to a project management tool listing all ongoing tasks.
