The SEO 1:1 Consultation is a single 60-minute session for $249 where you’ll walk away knowing exactly what’s missing and where to focus, no ongoing commitment. Afterwards, if you decide to move forward with another one of my services, I’ll deduct the $249 off your first invoice.
SEO Website Copywriting is for when your website copy needs to be rewritten to get you found and booked. The investment starts at $2000, depending on how many pages or how quick they’re needed.
The SEO monthly retainer is a 3-month minimum commitment where I build and implement your SEO strategy over time. There are three tiers depending on what fits your business. Here are the current monthly fees: Groundwork for $650; Momentum for $1,200; and Expand for $2,300.
Great question! Currently, I offer 50/50 payment plans for the SEO retainer and the SEO website copywriting service. I’ll provide you with further details during our call and we can come up with a payment plan more suitable for you.
I want to be upfront about what SEO can and can’t do. First, SEO takes time – typically 3-6 months to see significant results. That’s why I can’t guarantee specific rankings (plus, if anyone does, it’s a red flag). Your results will depend on your industry, competition, and the current technical state of your site and how quickly we can implement changes.
But what I can guarantee? Being transparent with you in our communication, quality and ethical practices, and adapting our approach based on data and results.

That will depend on the current state of your website. The site audit will tell us a better picture of that. Usually, here’s how it goes:
Month 1: Foundations fixed. Site structure improved. Google starts recognizing changes. Rankings won’t shift dramatically…yet.
Month 2-3: Movement in rankings for less competitive searches. Traffic starts increasing. Some pages reach page 1 for long-tail terms.
Month 4-6: Noticeable visibility for priority searches. Consistent traffic growth. Inquiries from organic search becoming reliable.
Month 6-12: Compound growth as authority builds. Ranking for more competitive terms. Organic search as a consistent source of qualified leads.
